As summer gets here, our team wants to remind you that it gets HOT in Arkansas! Please come prepared by bringing the following items: plenty of water, sunscreen, hat/sunglasses, bug spray.
We also want to remind you to dress for the weather. Wear light colored clothing that is lightweight. Shorts are appropriate, as are sleveless shirts and tanks, but please don’t wear flip flops! Close toed shoes are always best.

“I cannot speak highly enough for this place and the people running it. I went to the phantom mine and was BLOWN AWAY at the amount and quality I found! Come prepared though. Bring lunch or snacks and something to drink. For tools bring a hand rake, maybe a small Shovel and a bucket. The ride up is about 30 minutes long but BEAUTIFUL and bumpy. 🤣 The tour guide was incredible answering any questions we had and making sure we were finding stones and helping any that were struggling. I found TONS of clear points, more than a dozen phantoms, several small clusters and a nearly 12 inch long cluster plate. Make sure to reserve a spot before coming though as it’s hard to get into the phantom mine without it.”
