GEMSTONE SLUICE

Our Gemstone Sluice is a very popular activity for visitors of all ages and abilities. Located next to one of our ponds in a secluded valley and adjacent to the Tailings Area. 

The Sluice is 100 feet long and shaded for your comfort with seating available along one side.  We provide you with a pail of gemstone bearing material and a screening box which you swish in the water filled sluice.  

The gemstones are revealed for you to pick out. We recommend spending a minimum of 30 minutes here sluicing and identifying your stones. If you have any questions about identification after you are finished, one of our staff will be happy to help you finish identifying.
